Free Swimming lessons for women!

Ever wanted to learn to swim ? Its never too late! Now here is your chance
CCWO in partnership with Camden Active Health Team are offering a course of 6 free lessons with a professional swimming teacher. The lessons are weekly at the local Oasis leisure centre in Holborn and is an ongoing program.
The groups will be accompanied by Aliki (volunteer co-ordinator) each week and will leave from the centre to take the 134 bus to the swimming pool.

For years health experts have talked about the benefits of swimming and more recently the government has taken on board these benefits and is running a big drive to increase swimming opportunities particularly for the elderly.
