Camden Cypriot Women’s centre is a charity that makes a real difference to the Cypriot and Greek community. Most of our services are not provided by any other agency and this important work costs money- WITH YOUR HELP, WE CAN CONTINUE TO PROVIDE SERVICES. Every Pound raised will help someone within our community. Your contribution is valuable.

With your help we can raise funds for the following:
Support worker- to help and assist our elderly people that come to the centre.
Care worker- aiming to support our housebound members.
Also,
We would like to be able and buy some more keep-fit equipment- Our keep-fit class is very successful and it will be great if we could have some extra equipment for our women.
A massage chair- At our centre we offer massage and we would like to buy a chair that we can have at our centre.
Art equipment- Art can be creative, expressive and fun! We believe that our ladies will benefit a lot from having an art class, but we still need funding to buy all the equipment.
Care for the carers- Raising funds to offer respite to carers.
New kitchen- Update old kitchen for health and safety.
Day care service- At our centre we would like to offer a day care service for everyone! In order to do this we will also need to have a mini bus to be bringing the housebound people at our centre.
Mini bus with a driver and an escort- One of the realities of getting older is that people get lonely and housebound. That is why we would like to be able to target this harsh reality and be able to get our women out of their homes. Even a day out can increase people’s well-being and mood enormously. We hope that we will be able to get a mini bus and organise more outings and trips for our women.
Gardening project- Buy gardening equipment and shed, plants and containers so we can start our own little gardening project at the centre.
