48 Mission Statement:

CCWO works to improve the quality of life of Cypriot and Greek women and their families living in the London Borough of Camden and the surrounding areas.

Members statements:

‘The worst thing about getting older is loneliness. It is very difficult to do things, especially when you do not speak the language. I visit the Centre twice a week, where I can mix with my friends and speak to them in my own language’.

‘I have been coming here for over 10 years, and using the Advice service. I am very thankful for it, as my English is very poor and would be lost without this service’.

‘I enjoy the cultural events that the CCWO organises, and like to bring my grandchildren with me sometimes, so they can learn and experience some of our traditions’.

‘From the first time I came to the Centre I felt very welcome and understood by the other women’.
